The Georgian wine bars Megobari host a festival of Imeretian khachapuri with various fillings.
Megobari brand chef Boris Giorgberidze came up with 6 variants of Imeretian khachapuri in the style of Italian pizza. The basis of all new dishes is traditional khachapuri with suluguni cheese, on which fillings are laid out.
The chef offers a choice of khachapuri with fillings:
- tomatoes with satsebeli
- dorblu and pear
- pepperoni
- gebzhalia
- tomatoes with mozzarella
- “4 cheeses”
